PRIDE iQ Mission Statement
Pride iQ at MiQ is committed to creating a welcoming, safe and supportive environment for members of the LGBTQ+ global employee base and their allies. The ERG serves as a medium to create a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community, promote LGBTQ+ allyship, facilitate understanding and awareness of LGBTQ+ issues at MIQ, increase visibility of workplace/social issues and create a platform for LGBTQ+ focused networking.
This mission statement is closely aligned with MiQ’s mission and commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Utilising the common Pride stripe, but incorporating the heart using the arch design element used across the ERG designs. Difference intersected with the common theme of ‘love’.
